Not for Profit Participation Application Form

The Fairport Music Festival offers a limited number of booth spaces, at no charge, to community entities who qualify as not for profit organizations. If you are seeking to advertise your presence and purpose at our event that day, in order to make others aware of your mission and services, please complete the following application.

As there are a limited number of booth spaces available, we may not be able to accommodate all who apply.  Deadline to apply is July 15. We will advise you of possibilities by early August.

Please note:  Booth spaces are ~ 10 x 10.  If selected, you will be provided with a specific location and set-up/tear down time.  Typically, NFPs operate from noon until ~ 6:00 PM, and use that time to advertise themselves with brochures, hand-outs, discussions, etc.. Tables, tents, chairs can be provided if needed.
